The PhalloPhysics Nutrient Stack

WATCH: SUBSTRATES, CATALYSTS, AND HYDRAULICS

Session Objective

Mechanical tension is the signal, but nutrition is the substance. To achieve permanent Accretion (the addition of new tissue mass), we must maintain a saturated environment of 15 key nutrients categorized into three engineering roles: Substrates, Catalysts, and Hydraulic Optimizers.

Part 1: Structural Substrates (The Mass)

These nutrients provide the physical "rebar" and "concrete" for the Tunica Albuginea. Without these, the body will resort to Edema (swelling) rather than Hyperplasia (growth).

1-3. The Collagen Matrix

Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides, L-Glycine, and Proline/Lysine. Peptides act as the "Foreman" (signaling), while high-dose Glycine provides the "Bricks" for the lattice.

4. Hyaluronic Acid

The "Lattice Lubricant." It hydrates the Extra-Cellular Matrix, allowing collagen fibers to slide during expansion without creating micro-scarring.

Part 2: Synthesis Catalysts (The Curing Agents)

Building the structure is useless if it doesn't "set." Catalysts are the minerals and vitamins that trigger the enzymes responsible for cross-linking the fibers into a permanent state.

  • 5-6. Vitamin C & Copper: The essential "Welding" team. Vitamin C allows for hydroxylation; Copper triggers lysyl oxidase to bond the fibers together.
  • 7. Silica: Improves the structural integrity of the connective tissue bonds.
  • 8-9. Vitamin D3 & Magnesium: Regulate repair speed and prevent smooth muscle fatigue during high-tension loading.

Part 3: Hydraulic & Safety Optimizers

We use these to maximize internal pressure (Expansion) and ensure that growth remains healthy and flexible rather than "brittle" (Fibrosis).

Nutrient Engineering Role Biological Vector
10. L-Citrulline Hydraulic Pressure Nitric Oxide (NO) precursor for expansion.
11. Epimedium Pressure Duration Preserves cGMP to keep the chambers full longer.
12. Creatine Internal Turgidity Pulls water into the cells for maximum fullness.
13-15. Safety Stack Anti-Fibrotic L-Carnitine, Vitamin E, and Boron prevent scar tissue.

The PhalloPhysics Dosage Logic

For maximum efficacy, time your intake around your physical training sessions:

  • PRE-SESSION (Hydraulics) Citrulline / Creatine / Epimedium
  • POST-SESSION (Materials) Collagen / Glycine / Vitamin C
  • DAILY (Maintenance) D3 / Zinc / Carnitine / HA
The Rate-Limiting Factor: Your growth speed is dictated by your slowest biological process. If you have the tension (Physics) but lacks the Vitamin C (Catalyst), your body cannot "weld" the new length into place.
